Welcome to Concord Woods Web Site!
Concord Woods is a small community of 101
homes nestled in a rural setting off of the busy traffic
patterns, but yet has
great proximity
to major highways, bridges, cities, the Atlantic Ocean shore points of Southern New
Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware, and the Pocono and Appalacian mountains of Pennsylvania.
Our location is
approximately 1/2 mile south of the intersection of Route 1 &
Cheyney road, in Glen Mills, Pa,
Concord Township, Delaware
County, and our main entrance is at the intersection of
Cheyney Road and Huntingdon Farm drive.
for a map showing this intersection as well as the development
which consists of Huntingdon Farm Drive, Nicklin Lane, and
Big Woods Drive.
We believe that you will find our
neighborhood a wonderful place to live, meet new friends, and
raise a family. For starters, if you have or plan to have
children, you have blessed them with
Garnet Valley School District, one of the finest school
districts in Pennsylvania. In 2018, Garnet Valley School
District (K-12) was rated number 30 out of 603 school districts in
the Pennsylvania Commonwealth by
schooldigger.com!
Numerous
places of worship exist in the area, and
are listed
on the Concord Township web site.
Opportunities for higher education also abound, and locally
include a number of institutions that are
within minutes of Concord Woods homes.
For the busy travelers, we are minutes from the Philadelphia
International Airport, and also within a 2 - 2 1/2 hour drive
of (5) major
International Airports, including
Philadelphia.
The area is also known for plentiful recreational & shopping
opportunities.
Click
here for a "sampling" of such opportunities.

In addition to this site we also have a private
Concord Woods Neighborhood Facebook Group. This group,
managed by Amy Keener Furchner and Edward Koch, provides the
